自然情况
男,副教授,博士,主要从事宽禁带与窄禁带半导体薄膜生长,光电子功能材料与器件研究,新型导电材料与物性等。


主要研究方向:
紫外光探测材料与器件
新型透明导电薄膜材料及其稳定性研究
红外探测材料与器件设计

2004年—2006年 中科院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所,博士后研究员,主要从事紫外光探测器的研制和优化设计
2006年—2007年 日本神户大学连携创造本部, 特任博士后研究员,主要从事III-V族量子阱及量子点材料的分子束外延生长及光电特性研究
2007年—2010年 美国俄荷拉荷马大学,电子与计算机工程系,博士后助理研究员,从事PbSe基红外光探测器的研制和优化
2010年—2012年,东北师范大学,物理学院,副教授
